I am a certified meditation teacher and a former zen monk. I’m a class facilitator and meditation practice leader at the Rime Buddhist Center.
In my day job I’m a union labor activist.
I’m based in Kansas City, Missouri.
The main practices that I do are: Lovingkindness Meditation, Mindfulness of Breathing, and Silent Illumination.
